Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 10th Ave & Lawton St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim told the officers that she and the suspect had been drinking and\u00a0\u00a0into an argument about\u00a0their marriage while in the garage. The victim said that the suspect got upset and pushed\u00a0her,\u00a0causing her to hit her head against the ground when she fell. Then, the suspect left her on the floor and\u00a0walked inside\u00a0the house. Responding officers located the suspect\u00a0and after\u00a0further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Lincoln Way & 14th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer responded to a report of an assault. The victim told the officers that he was riding\u00a0his bike when he noticed\u00a0\u00a0a vehicle in which the driver was staring at him. The victim stared back and\u00a0passed the vehicle but suddenly felt a “bump” which caused him to unbalance and fall to the ground. The victim\u00a0believes that the suspect hit the back of his bike\u00a0on purpose after he passed by the vehicle.\u00a0<\/span>The suspect fled the scene.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:11 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n West Portal Ave & Vicente St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a driver talking on his cell phone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver was never issued\u00a0a driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
