Shoplifting \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Loss Prevention agent stated\u00a0that he observed the suspect select multiple, random items from\u00a0the store before he entered the fitting room. While in the fitting room,\u00a0the noise of price tags being heard taken off of the clothes was heard. \u00a0The suspect then exited the fitting room and returned\u00a0a smaller selection of items than he originally went in with and neglected to return the rest of the items<\/span>. Officers investigated the incident and cited the suspect.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3:30 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Loss Prevention told the officers that he noticed the suspect acting nervous while in the store. The suspect looked around and selected multiple\u00a0computer items before\u00a0placing them in her purse. The suspect then exited the store without paying for any of the items.\u00a0 Loss Prevention detained the suspect\u00a0and responding officers\u00a0invested the incident before\u00a0citing the suspect.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Under the Influence \u2013 Resisting or Delaying Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:33 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Randolph St & Bright St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a suspect walking down the street while holding an open bottle of beer. Officers detained the suspect and asked him for his identity. The\u00a0suspect exhibited signs of intoxication and began yelling and became\u00a0aggressive.\u00a0The suspect\u2019s father\u00a0attempted to calm the suspect down but that only caused the suspect to become more irate and he pushed his father away. The officers placed\u00a0the suspect in\u00a0handcuffs and confirmed his identity with his family members. A computer check revealed that the\u00a0suspect had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrest on multiple charges.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:15 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 700 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter\u00a0in which Security was\u00a0currently chasing after the suspect. Responding officers\u00a0arrived and located two suspects. Security told the officers that he observed\u00a0the two suspects steal alcohol and food before exiting\u00a0the store. Security attempted to stop the suspects, but they managed to flee the scene. Officers conducted an investigation and determined that the suspects were juveniles. The juvenile\u2019s parents were contacted and both suspects were cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault with a Gun<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Head St & Sergeant St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nMultiple\u00a0officers responded to a report of someone being shot. Officers arrived on scene and located the victim\u00a0with a shot wound, which was\u00a0not life threatening. The Witness stated\u00a0that the suspect, with their face covered with a mask,\u00a0 approached the victim after exiting\u00a0a vehicle. The Witness stated that they observed\u00a0the suspect approached the victim, before running back\u00a0to the waiting vehicle before fleeing. However, the Witness did not remember seeing a gun. <\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Parole Violation \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:18 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 100 Font Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect locking himself in the laundry room. A witness told the officers that the suspect was running across the street before diving\u00a0under her vehicle. The suspect was heard\u00a0saying that “someone” was after him and trying to kill him. Then, the suspect went into the laundry room of the building and locked himself inside. Officers managed to convince the suspect to eventually unlock the door and leave the laundry room but he did not believe that the officers were real police. However, the\u00a0suspect confided to\u00a0the officers that he had taken some \u201cspeed\u201d. \u00a0During the ambulance ride to the hospital, the suspect began\u00a0fighting with the\u00a0medics\u00a0and pushed\u00a0one of the medics completely out of the ambulance while it was stopped.\u00a0The suspect was later sedated and finally\u00a0taken to the hospital. Once the suspect has been cleared by medical staff, he\u00a0will be arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
