Traffic Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License Issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Plymouth Ave & Holloway Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a motorcycle that had failed to make a stop at a posted intersection controlled by stop signs. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he did not have a license for motorcycle.\u00a0 The driver\u00a0was cited.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Dog Bite \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2900 Santiago St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:03 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a dog bite incident. The victim told the officer that he was walking westbound on Santiago St\u00a0when two small dogs, who\u00a0were on a long leash, came up and bit him on his right shin. Officers met with the dog owner and she confirmed the incident. The dog owner was cited for the incident.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Vandalism \u2013 Arrested and Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Bright St & Shields St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of vandalism. Upon arrival, the suspect told the officers that he and the victim had been separated and that he was moving some items out of the house while\u00a0the victim was not at home so they wouldn\u2019t get into an argument. The suspect said that the victim arrived home, started to get angry and started an argument. The suspect also reported\u00a0the victim punctured his moving truck\u2019s tire, which was confirmed by the victim. However, she only did so because she was angry after she was pushed and struck in the face. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested for domestic violence and the victim was cited for vandalism.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License Issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 19th Ave & Denslowe Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were conducting traffic enforcement when they observed a vehicle traveling 52 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a drivers license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1900 21st Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an unwanted guest. The caller told the officers that his roommate had a guest over the house for the last three days and that they had overstayed their welcome. The officers conducted a computer check and discovered\u00a0that the roommate had a warrant for her arrest. The roommate was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vandalism to Vehicle \u2013 Trespassing \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 2900 San Jose Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim told the officer that she thought\u00a0her former business partner broke into the store to sleep in the office. Officers searched the store and located the suspect asleep inside the trunk of a vehicle. The victim also located damages to a customer\u2019s vehicle that had not been there the day before. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Reckless Driving \u2013 No License Issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Great Highway & Kirkham St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n A sergeant was on patrol when he heard the sound of a car\u2019s engine roaring loudly\u00a0and observed a\u00a0vehicle in front of him take off at a high rate of speed. The sergeant followed the vehicle and noted that\u00a0the driver\u2019s speed approximated 70 mph and failed to stop at multiple posted stop signs as well. The sergeant conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and a computer check revealed that the driver\u00a0did not have a valid driver\u2019s license. The driver\u2019s insurance had also expired last\u00a0December. The vehicle was towed for the reckless driving and driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
