Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 19th Ave & Junipero Serra Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer was on patrol when he observed a vehicle in a lane of traffic that was not moving. The officer approached the driver and found him asleep behind the wheel while the vehicle was still running. Officer conducted a computer check on the driver and determined that the driver did not have a valid California driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Driving while under the influence of Alcohol – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:51 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1500 Kirkham St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a parked vehicle\u00a0that was partially\u00a0blocking the street. Officers approached the vehicle and observed that the driver was passed out. Officers\u00a0woke the\u00a0driver up and after a brief conversation, the driver admitted to be intoxicated. The driver stated\u00a0that he had a few drinks at a\u00a0local bar and he should not have been driving. After further investigation, the driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 2600 24th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer responded to the hospital regarding an assault. The victim told the officer that he was walking by a house when the suspect attacked him from behind. The victim said that he was pushed from behind and stuck on the head. The victim told the officer that he knew the suspect.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stolen Vehicle \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:54 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 200 Lakeview Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a suspicious vehicle that was parked in front of the area. The officers conducted a computer check via\u00a0dispatch and were informed that the vehicle had been stolen. Officers detained the driver and passenger of the vehicle for questioning. After further investigation, the driver was arrested for possession of the stolen vehicle<\/span> and the passenger released.<\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:30 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Winston Ave & Buckingham Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that two suspects approached her and started punching her before\u00a0pushing her onto the ground. The suspects then took the victim\u2019s cell phone and wallet and fled towards an\u00a0apartment complex.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:37 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2200 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officer responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated\u00a0that she was at the laundromat when the suspect approached her and punched her twice on her shoulder\u00a0before fleeing the building.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 9:28 pm \/ 3200 20th Ave \/ shoplifting<\/span><\/p>\n

Vandalism to Property<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 8:47 pm \/ 1900 Irving St \/ damage to glass window<\/span><\/p>\n
