Burglary \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers were on patrol when they observed the suspect loitering\u00a0around a white pickup truck. Upon learning the suspect\u2019s identity, officers recalled the suspect’s past history of being in possession of a stolen road bike. Officers detained the suspect\u00a0and\u00a0conducted an arrest search of the suspect. The search revealed several tools commonly used for burglary and a credit card not belonging to the suspect. The suspect was cited<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a burglary. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the victim who stated\u00a0her son, or one of his friends, stole her silverware from her garage. The victim stated she allowed the suspect to store his belongings in the garage and she gave permission for him to enter her garage. However, the\u00a0victim also filed a stay away order against the suspect due to his unstable behavior.<\/span><\/p>\n
