Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of domestic violence. The victim stated that the suspect invited her over to his house. When she arrived, they\u00a0started\u00a0a conversation\u00a0but\u00a0when the victim\u00a0refused to continue talking to the suspect, the suspect became upset. The victim stated the suspect threw his phone, punched a box of belongings, and then punched the victim in the back of her head. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Domestic Violence \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of domestic violence. The victim stated she and the suspect were arguing about their divorce and she was in the process of moving out of the house. When the suspect arrived home, she and the suspect began arguing over their taxes and the suspect became upset. The victim stated she went to pack her belongings when the suspect grabbed her shoulder with his right hand while\u00a0holding a glass pint cup in his left hand. In self-defense, the victim bit the suspect\u2019s right arm and the suspect smashed the glass cup over the victim\u2019s head from behind. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Traffic Violation \u2013 No License<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1:52 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3200 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were conducting traffic enforcement in the area of 19th avenue and Sloat when they observed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed. Using a speed measuring tool, officers were able to read the vehicle driving at 50 mph. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle\u00a0and the\u00a0suspect stated she did not yet have a license. She also stated she did not have car insurance and the car did not belong to her. The registration on the car was also expired. Due to the suspect being a juvenile, her mother was called to take custody of her and she was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:30 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Stonecrest Dr & Winston Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were conducting traffic enforcement on 19th avenue when they stopped a vehicle for driving over the speed limit. A records check on the suspect revealed an outstanding warrant. The suspect was cited for the traffic stop and arrested for the warrant.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Loitering – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 100 Terrace Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an unknown subject sitting on the front porch of the caller\u2019s property. Upon arrival, officers observed the suspect laying down on the front porch. The suspect stated he was resting his legs. The victim pressed charges against\u00a0the suspect for unlawfully being on his property. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Burglary<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 14th Ave & Wawona St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of burglary. The victim stated while\u00a0he was returning home, he noticed his front gate was open and that the\u00a0front door frame was broken\u00a0while\u00a0unfamiliar noises issued\u00a0from inside the house. The victim stated the suspect kicked open the front gate, ran past him\u00a0and\u00a0fled onto a black vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n
