Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Holloway Ave & Byxbee St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of battery. The victim stated that he was walking on the sidewalk when he heard the sound of the suspect coming up from behind him. The victim stated the suspect used his forearm to hit the victim on\u00a0the left side of his head, causing the victim to fall to the ground. The victim attempted to take a picture of the suspect but the suspect fled the scene on foot.<\/span><\/p>\n

Domestic Violence \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:10 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of domestic violence. Upon arrival, officers observed a male exit the front door and identified him as the suspect. Officers detained the suspect and conducted a search on the suspect. The victim stated that she\u00a0and the suspect had an argument. The suspect became upset over the argument, pushed the victim out of the way with both his hands and entered the bedroom where their daughter slept. The victim stated the suspect locked himself in the room with their daughter and told the victim he had a gun. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1300 25th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to report of a possible domestic violence incident in which two unknown suspects were in a \u201cheated\u201d argument and were seen pushing at each other. Upon arrival, officers observed the suspect immediately walking away from the scene. It was also noted that\u00a0the suspect had large items in his front pockets and officers conducted a search\u00a0which\u00a0revealed a dagger. A records check on the suspect revealed several traffic warrants. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:25 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 19th Ave & Winston Drive<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of assault with a vehicle. The victim stated that he was walking home from the mall when a vehicle drove up on the sidewalk and attempted to hit him. The victim stated that he recognized the\u00a0suspect was\u00a0his step-father.<\/span><\/p>\n

Loitering – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:53 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 300 Ulloa St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person loitering. The victim stated she observed the suspect standing close to her doorway. When the victim confronted the suspect, the suspect fled the area.\u00a0However, about ten\u00a0minutes later the victim\u00a0noticed the suspect was standing in front of her neighbor\u2019s residence. She called out to the suspect and the\u00a0suspect, again, fled the scene. Officers searched the area and located\u00a0the suspect hiding in thick brush. The suspect was arrested for loitering.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 14th Ave & Quintara St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a fight. The victim stated he was walking his dog when a smaller, off-leash, dog approached his dog and began biting the victim\u2019s dog on the hind legs. The victim stated he kicked the small dog away and the victim got into a verbal argument with the suspect. The victim stated the suspect threw\u00a0a large rock that struck him in the leg and threw a stick at his right arm. The victim recorded the two suspects as they were leaving and showed the footage to the officers.<\/span><\/p>\n

DUI – Cited<\/span><\/span><\/strong>

\n 2400 14th Ave<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a vehicle that had rolled over. The suspect was not injured but had been driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages. The suspect was transported to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment and a blood test. The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report about\u00a0threats. The victim stated the suspect said he wanted to beat up the victim and that he would get his friends to hurt the victim. The victim also stated that he and the suspect argue constantly\u00a0and that\u00a0the suspect comes by his house to\u00a0verbally harass the victim and his family. The victim found it necessary to file for\u00a0a restraining order, which is currently being processed.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n
