Battery \u2013 violation of restraining order \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:42 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of domestic violence. The victim told the officers that she and the suspect were in the process of\u00a0getting a divorce\u00a0and that\u00a0suspect had just gotten out of alcohol rehabilitation but was drinking\u00a0alcohol again.\u00a0The victim said that she took the suspect’s\u00a0wallet away so he couldn\u2019t buy more alcohol even though he wanted to. The suspect got angry and pushed her head onto the pillow, which made breathing difficult. The victim said\u00a0that the suspect did not stop punishing her\u00a0until she gave the\u00a0his wallet. Responding officers located and arrested the suspect.\u00a0\u00a0After being read his Miranda Rights, the suspect refused to comment on the situation or defend himself.\u00a0The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 19th Ave & Holloway Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that he was harassed by two suspects and then punched in the face by them. The suspects then implied that they had a pistol but none was visible or produced. The victim told the officers that the suspect reached for his pockets while\u00a0demanding his property. The victim was able to confirm the suspects when presented with them by San Francisco State Police.\u00a0The suspects were later arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Vehicle Violation \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:23 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Urbano Dr & Legion Ct<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the area. Officers conducted a computer check on the license plate and determined that the plate did not match the vehicle. Officers approached the vehicle and detained the suspect. The suspect told the officers that he had just obtained the vehicle but\u00a0it was\u00a0not stolen. A\u00a0computer check based on the information provided by\u00a0the suspect was false\u00a0and after further investigation, the suspect told the officer that he was using his brother\u2019s information because he had a warrant. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing \u2013 Shoplifting \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 700 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer responded to a report of a trespasser. An employee told the officer that he observed\u00a0the suspect walk into the store and take\u00a0a carton of apple juice\u00a0before digging through\u00a0the store’s trash bins. The employee requested that\u00a0the suspect leave\u00a0but the\u00a0suspect refused to comply. Responding officers arrived and after investigating,\u00a0cited the suspect for shoplifting and trespassing.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Loss prevention told the officers that he observed a suspect walk into the store and take\u00a0two headphones. The suspect then walked out of the store without paying for either of the\u00a0items. Loss prevention detained the suspect until responding officers arrived. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License Issued<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:01 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Ocean Ave & Granada Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle with expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver never obtained a driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:26 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Loss prevention told the officers that he observed the suspect walk into the store and take\u00a0a set of headphones and placed them on his head\u00a0before walking\u00a0out of the store without paying for them. Loss prevention detained the suspect\u00a0until responding officers arrived and investigated the incident;\u00a0the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
