Probation Search – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Pacheco St & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle conduct multiple and unsafe\u00a0lane changes without using a blinker. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle\u00a0and a\u00a0records check on the driver revealed that he was on probation for robbery. A records check on the passenger revealed that\u00a0she was also on probation for possession of illegal narcotics. Officers conducted a probation search on the vehicle and located several weapons in the vehicle. Both suspects were arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 2900 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of battery. The victim stated he was confronted by the suspect, an unknown male. The suspect asked the victim several questions about the victim\u2019s neighbor. The victim answered the questions and the suspect proceeded to punch the victim in the head with both fists. The victim fell to the ground and the suspect fled in an unknown direction.<\/span><\/p>\n

Domestic Violence<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding a domestic violence incident. The victim stated she had been in an “on\u00a0and off again”\u00a0dating relationship with the suspect for two years. The suspect came to the victim\u2019s residence to pick up their baby’s\u00a0clothing\u00a0and\u00a0she and the suspect began arguing before\u00a0the suspect pushed her out of the house. The victim re-entered the house to try and retrieve\u00a0the rest of the belongings when the suspect pushed her into a room and would not allow the victim to leave\u00a0despite the victim attempting to exit\u00a0multiple times. The victim stated the suspect struck her with a closed fist on her face. The victim finally\u00a0escaped the room and got into her vehicle but\u00a0the suspect followed the victim and threw a rock\u00a0at the vehicle’s rear window, causing it to shatter.<\/span><\/p>\n
