Violation of Court Order<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers responded to a report of a violation of a court order. The victim told the officers that she was notified by her sons that the suspect had driven by the front of the house. When the victim\u00a0looked out the window, she saw the suspect exit the vehicle, walk towards the side of the house\u00a0and into\u00a0backyard before returning to\u00a0his vehicle and\u00a0leaving the scene. The victim told the officer that the suspect had a court order and must stay 100 yard away from them and the house.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 1100 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a fight. Party #1 told the officers that he was in the public bathroom when the other party, party #2, attempted to enter. Party #1 said he made a comment to party #2\u00a0before walking\u00a0away. A few buildings away, he saw party #2 holding a baseball bat and swing it in\u00a0his direction. Party #2 responded\u00a0to\u00a0the officer that he was going into the bathroom when the party #1 made a comment. Outside the building, they continued to have an\u00a0argument\u00a0and party #1\u00a0proceeded to push him. Party #2 said that an unknown stranger handed him a baseball bat and he used it to protect himself. Both parties refused to press charges.<\/span><\/p>\n
