Warrant \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:16 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Martin Luther King Jr Dr & Lincoln Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of 3 males engaged in a physical fight. Officers located the subjects and upon asking if they were in a fight, one of the subjects stated he was shoving his brother. None of the subjects appeared to have suffered any injuries. A records check on the subjects revealed one of the subjects had a misdemeanor warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Violation of Restraining Order – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:55 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 200 Broad St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding a possible vandalism incident. The victim stated she arrived home and found the kitchen a mess. The victim\u00a0immediately knew it was her daughter who had caused it\u00a0and located her still inside the house and asleep in one of the rooms.\u00a0As the\u00a0victim\u00a0currently has\u00a0restraining order against the suspect,\u00a0 the suspect was arrested<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Probation Violation – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:45 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 23rd Ave & Wawona St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding a male carrying a knife. Upon arrival, officers observed the suspect<\/span> with a towel wrapped around his waist and carrying\u00a0and long, sharp ended item that looked like\u00a0a knife in his right hand. Officers ordered the suspect to drop the item. However, the\u00a0suspect walked towards the officers and<\/span>\u00a0replied that the item was<\/span> not a knife. After a third\u00a0repetition\u00a0of the officers ordering\u00a0the suspect to drop the knife, the suspect stuck\u00a0the item into\u00a0the dirt in a yard next to him, which was revealed to be a large plastic lawn spike. As the\u00a0suspect was on probation which prohibited him from carrying weapons, <\/span>the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Registration<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:56 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2200 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers received a report of\u00a0a complaint regarding a vehicle that had been parked in a handicapped parking spot for a long time. Upon arrival, officers observed a male passenger sitting in front seat of the vehicle. Officers ran a computer check on the vehicle which\u00a0revealed\u00a0that the\u00a0vehicle’s had expired but the car was\u00a0displaying current year tabs. Officers made\u00a0contact with the passenger, who stated the handicap placard was issued to him which was confirmed by\u00a0a computer check. A male approached the officers and inquired about what was going on\u00a0but\u00a0refused to answer if he was the owner of the vehicle. After further investigation, the vehicle was towed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:07 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Pacheco St & Great Highway<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were dispatched to investigate a person who was attempting to break into vehicles. Upon arrival, responding officers located the\u00a0suspect matching the reported description and a computer check on the suspect revealed he had a warrant for his arrest. A search on the suspect revealed car burglary tools and an Apple laptop inside his backpack. The laptop was returned to it’s rightful owner by the officers and the suspect was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Faxon Ave & Holloway Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observe a suspicious vehicle that was parked. A computer check revealed the vehicle\u2019s registration had expired\u00a0and the\u00a0registration tab had an altered, apparently hand drawn, number \u201c6\u201d. The vehicle was cited and towed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
