Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 600 Head St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that\u00a0he and his friend, the suspect, had an argument. During the argument, the\u00a0suspect lost his temper and grabbed the victim by his neck before punching\u00a0him a couple of times. The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 100 Ralston St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported\u00a0that she got into an argument with her brother over parking in front of the house. The bother started yelling and then pushed her before fleeing the scene. The victim said she fell onto the ground and injured herself.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault Attempted<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:00 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Plymouth Ave & Farallones St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported\u00a0that he was waiting at a red light when the driver behind him kept\u00a0honking his horn. After the light changed, the\u00a0suspect then followed the victim for a few blocks before pulling up\u00a0next to him, threw something at his vehicle and then drove away.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:05 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Sunset Blvd & Lake Merced<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle that failed to make a complete stop at a stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop\u00a0and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License- Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:26 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Irving St & 12th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle with an expired registration sticker. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Threats<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1:55 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1500 21st Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Numerous units responded to a report of a domestic violence incident. Prior to the officers\u2019 arrival, the suspect had already fled the scene. The victim reported that\u00a0the suspect had contacted her through text message, in violation to a restraining order, this morning to ask if he could come over an visit their son. The victim replied\u00a0“no” to the suspect. However, later\u00a0that day, the victim\u00a0found the suspect in her house trying to talk to their son. The victim told the suspect to leave or she\u2019d call the police. The suspect immediately took the victim’s cell phone and damaged it by smashing it onto the floor. The suspect then pushed the victim\u00a0onto a\u00a0bed and tried to choke her while\u00a0threatening to kill her. The landlord heard the commotion and went upstairs to find to investigate\u00a0and\u00a0escorted the suspect out of the house.<\/span><\/p>\n

Burglary \u2013 Pepper Spray<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:12 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1900 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim reported to\u00a0the officer that he was working behind the counter of a smoke shop when he refused to served several under\u00a0aged customers. The victim believes that the one of these customers, the suspect, came back in and pepper sprayed him. As the victim chased after one of the suspect, another suspect went into the store and may have stole some items\u00a0before all\u00a0suspects fled the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n
