Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1900 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported\u00a0that he was standing in front of the pool hall when two suspects approached him. One of the suspects pulled out a pistol and pressed it into his back\u00a0while the second suspect demanded his property. The victim gave the suspects his property\u00a0and both\u00a0suspects fled the scene soon after.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Taraval St & 46th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery at a pizza restaurant. The victim reported to\u00a0the officers that he was on the MUNI when he saw his friend on the street. The victim said that he exited the MUNI and\u00a0his friend walked up to him but proceeded to\u00a0punch him multiple\u00a0times on his\u00a0face. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Violation of Restraining Order \u2013 Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1000 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a restaurant regarding a suspect in violation of a restraining order. The victim told the officers that the suspect had returned\u00a0despite a\u00a0restraining order. The restraining order was\u00a0placed on\u00a0the suspect due to the suspect\u00a0trespassing on the victim’s\u00a0property\u00a0and causing a disturbance multiple times in the past. A computer check on the suspect revealed an active warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing \u2013 Breaking Windows<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 00 Arballo Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a broken window. The witness, building security, told the officers that he noticed a\u00a0window broken and blood on the window and walls of an empty unit. Responding officers also observed multiple\u00a0alcohol bottles at the location. The witness believed that\u00a0that there was a squatter who\u00a0had occupy the empty apartment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery \u2013 Threats<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 2900 San Jose Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a threat. The victim told the officers that the suspect approached him and wanted to get change for a smaller denomination\u00a0of his money, which was already in a small\u00a0denomination. The victim refused to help the suspect;\u00a0the\u00a0suspect threatened the victim before\u00a0selecting\u00a0multiple items from the store and walked away without paying for them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery Attempted<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:39 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 200 Winston<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that she had gotten out of her parked vehicle and was walking towards the mall when a suspect\u00a0pushed her on the floor from behind.\u00a0 The suspect attempted to take the victim’s purse and started punching her. A bystander heard the victim’s scream for help and intervened, causing the\u00a0suspect to\u00a0flee\u00a0the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Vandalism \u2013 Resisting Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:36 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1300 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. A witness told the officers that the suspect and victim were in the bar drinking all night\u00a0and\u00a0started having an argument before\u00a0victim told the suspect to go home. Another witness, a firefighter, told the police that they heard the argument between the victim and suspect. The suspect saw the firefighter and tried to challenge\u00a0him to a fight. The victim stood between them and the suspect pushed him aside. When responding officers arrived, the suspect also wanted to fight the officers. One of the officers used\u00a0pepper spray to defuse the incident. Officers\u00a0detained the suspect and an ambulance was summoned to evaluate the suspect. After arriving at Taraval Station, the suspect stuffed\u00a0clothing into the toilet which caused the cell and surrounding areas to flood.\u00a0The suspect was transferred to county jail for his arrest.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
