Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:11 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic violence related battery. The victim told the officers that she and the suspect were having an argument about their relationship\u00a0and the\u00a0suspect packed his items and left. However, shortly after, the suspect returned and continued the argument.\u00a0During the course of the continued argument, the suspect punched the victim a several times before kicking her.\u00a0\u00a0Afterwards, the suspect\u00a0fled the scene. <\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:15 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1100 Junipero Serra Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery involving\u00a0a gun at a gas station. The victim told the officers that the suspect walked into the store and pointed a hand gun at him\u00a0before\u00a0demanding\u00a0money. Frightened, the\u00a0victim gave the suspect all they money that was in the register. After receiving the money, the suspect\u00a0fled the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:30 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2400 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a victim being choked by the suspect. The victim reported to\u00a0the officers that she had made breakfast for the suspect earlier in the\u00a0morning, but\u00a0the suspect did not like what she made. An argument ensued and the suspect started slamming around the plates and forks. The victim attempted to calm the suspect down, but failed and the suspect choked the victim. Eventually, the\u00a0suspect let the victim go\u00a0and walked out of the house.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 500 John Muir Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim told the officers that she found the suspect inside her apartment asleep\u00a0and\u00a0did not know how the suspect got in. The victim did not want to press charges\u00a0and the\u00a0suspect was admonished by the officers instead.<\/span><\/p>\n

Carrying Concealed Weapon \u2013 Traffic Violation – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:07 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Quintara St & 47th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect\u00a0driving erratically and making\u00a0donuts on the corner while\u00a0one of the passengers was waving a gun. Officers located the vehicle, conducted a felony traffic stop\u00a0and\u00a0located four people inside the vehicle. A computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver\u2019s license. Officers search the people in the vehicle and the vehicle for guns, but they were unable to locate any weapons other than a set of brass knuckles inside a passenger’s pockets. The driver was cited, the suspect with the\u00a0brass knuckles was arrested<\/span> and the other two passengers were released.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vandalism to Property<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 7:10 pm \/ 4300 Judah St \/ vehicle window shattered<\/span><\/p>\n
