Battery \u2013 Defrauding Services \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:04 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1500 Sloat Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of people fighting. The victim provided a service for the suspect\u00a0and had a\u00a0suspicion that the suspect was not going to pay for the service. When asked for payment, the suspect told the victim that the job was badly done and that she\u00a0wasn\u2019t going to pay. However, the\u00a0suspect backtracked and\u00a0said that she changed\u00a0her mind and told the victim that she would have to go to the bank to get some money. The victim offered to go with the victim to the bank but this angered the suspect. The suspect threw a cup of ice water at the victim,\u00a0attacking her and\u00a0causing injuries. Afterwards, the\u00a0suspect walked away. Responding\u00a0officers reviewed the security footage and corroborated the victim\u2019s statement. Later that day, the suspect went\u00a0to Ingleside Station to report the incident and stating that she was the victim. <\/span>The officer responded and cited her.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 00 Edgar Pl<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a trespassing incident\u00a0with dispatch notifying\u00a0officers that the victim was following the suspect. Officers arrived on scene, located and detained the suspect. The victim told the officers that he was sleeping in his room when he heard a loud noise\u00a0and went to investiagte\u00a0the noise. The victim observed\u00a0the suspect inside the garage but the\u00a0suspect exited the garage while the\u00a0police arrived. After investigating, officers\u00a0learned that the victim and suspect had a prior dating relationship and there had been numerous incidents of domestic violence and trespassing. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Violation of Restraining Order \u2013 Public Intoxication \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 2100 12th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect violating a restraining order. The victim reported\u00a0that his estranged wife was\u00a0violating a restraining order by knocking on his door\u00a0and the\u00a0suspect was still at scene. The officers spoke to the suspect\u00a0but\u00a0observed that she exhibited multiple signs of intoxication. The suspect\u00a0was also uncooperative and refused to stop\u00a0screaming during the investigation.\u00a0\u00a0A computer check on the suspect confirmed the restraining order and the\u00a0suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of an assault involving\u00a0a rock. The victim reported that she was walking down the street on the sidewalk when she noticed a group of 4-5 juvenile suspects hanging out on the corner. Unexpectedly, the suspects starting throwing rocks at the victim before fleeing the scene.\u00a0\u00a0The victim reported that\u00a0she was also hit by a rock\u00a0but did not believe it theres as a serious injury.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

\n Reported 8:33 am \/ 2700 Irving St \/ entry thru garage remote stolen from auto boost<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 2:28 pm \/ 4200 Irving St \/ bicycle stolen from open garage<\/span>
\n Reported 8:02 pm \/ 00 Chumasero Dr \/ package theft<\/span>
\n Reported 11:28 am \/ 700 Rivera St \/ package theft<\/span><\/p>\n

Vandalism to Property<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 10:40 pm \/ 1300 9th Ave \/ house was vandalized by thrown eggs<\/span>
\n Reported 8:28 am \/ 1700 23rd Ave \/ vehicle graffiti and damaged to vehicle<\/span>
