Responding officer\u00a0arrived, located the\u00a0female and observed her\u00a0head was down causing her\u00a0hair to partially hide a purple can that was in her hands. \u00a0As the officer approached the female, the officer observed\u00a0white smoke coming from under her hair. After\u00a0retrieving the can, it was identified as a canister compress gas used for dusting electronics.\u00a0 Upon questioning, the female appeared to be dazed and confused\u00a0and was suspected of\u00a0inhaling gas from the canister to get high. After examination, the head\u00a0injuries did not appear to be recent ones. <\/span><span style=\"color: #993300;\">The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Traffic Violation \u2013 Marijuana Offense \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> <span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 9:04 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> <span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> Alemany Blvd &amp; San Jose Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officer observed\u00a0a vehicle in front of them with an expired registration\u00a0and\u00a0conducted a traffic stop. As the officers approached the vehicle, they immediately smelled the odor of burnt marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. The driver told the officer that he had marijuana in his vehicle and that he is part of a collective for medical marijuana. The officers as the driver if he had his\u00a0medical paperwork for the marijuana, but driver stated that\u00a0he did not have it on him at the time. A computer check revealed that the driver also did not have a valid driver\u2019s license. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Battery &#8211; Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> <span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 9:38 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> <span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> Sloat Blvd &amp; Great Hwy<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a victim and suspect in a loud argument at\u00a0the parking lot involving\u00a0pepper spray. Officer met with the witness and were that the suspect and victim had already left in a vehicle. Officer searched the area, located the vehicle\u00a0and\u00a0spoke to the suspect. The suspect responded that\u00a0he was sleeping in his vehicle when the victim attempted to wake him up. However, the suspect thought the victim was\u00a0acting crazy and\u00a0he had to use the\u00a0pepper spray to keep her away from him. When the victim was questioned, the officers were told that\u00a0she got into a fight with the suspect when she woke him up\u00a0but\u00a0it was only a verbal fight. After further investigation, including the statement made by the witness,\u00a0<span style=\"color: #993300;\">the suspect was arrested<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Robbery of a Bank<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> <span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 1:45 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> <span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 2400 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a bank robbery. The witnesses told the officers that the suspect walked up to the teller, placed a plastic bag on the counter, pulled out a gun and demanded money. The victim handed the suspect some money\u00a0but the\u00a0suspect demanded more money. However, the victim seemed paralyzed with fear and couldn\u2019t move.
