Homicide<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:20 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Lake Merced Blvd & Font Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shooting.\u00a0Responding officers\u00a0located the injured victim lying on the ground. Numerous witnesses reported that\u00a0they saw the victim being chased by the suspect and that the suspect had fire shots at the victim. The victim was transported to the hospital for medical treatment\u00a0but\u00a0succumbed to his injuries.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:55 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2300 31st Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Responding officers spoke to the both parties involved who were\u00a0still on scene. Both parties admitted that they had gotten into an argument. One side\u00a0claimed that he was struck on the back of his head and pepper sprayed while trying to leave the location\u00a0while the other\u00a0claimed that she was punched in the stomach. After further investigation,\u00a0both parties were arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:39 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Lincoln Way & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with dark\u00a0tinted front windows. Officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Threats – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:06 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 900 Lincoln Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of threats made at a residential group home. Previously, the group home received threats from the suspect who threatened to shoot both the staff members and the other inhabitants of the\u00a0home. The suspect then left the location\u00a0before returning later in the day.\u00a0Responding officers arrived and\u00a0arrested the suspect while he was still at the\u00a0location.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:52 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 700 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report, made by multiple witnesses, of an aggressive suspect who was shouting and trying to start a fight. One witness, an employee from a nearby business reported\u00a0that the suspect had gone into his\u00a0store and started throwing items at the employee and customers.\u00a0The suspect was told to leave but started swearing at the employee\u00a0and stole an item before leaving the store.\u00a0The employee followed the suspect and asked for the item’s return. The suspect refused and threatened to hit the employee with the stolen item instead. Fearful, the employee returned to the store. Responding officers\u00a0located the suspect sitting next to the stolen item\u00a0and arrested him.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1800 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. Suspect #1 stated that\u00a0the cashier\u00a0started yelling at him as soon as he entered the deli and did not know the reason for the abuse. Suspect #1 said that suspect #2 then grabbed his shirt with his hands and threatened to hurt him. Suspect #2, the cashier, stated\u00a0that suspect #1 entered the store and started making comments about his family\u00a0and then\u00a0reached across the counter before scratching\u00a0his neck. Both parties wanted to press charges against\u00a0each other. There were no other witnesses to the incident. Both of the parties were cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:35 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 00 Palos Pl<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that he was walking on Crestlake Dr when he was approached by three suspects, who were running behind him. One of the suspects wrapped his arms around him while\u00a0a second\u00a0suspect pointed something at his stomach. The suspect told the victim not to scream and that they had a gun, however the victim did not see the gun. The third suspect reached into his pocket and stole his personal items.\u00a0The suspects then ran to their vehicle and fled the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

Extortion<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1500 22nd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a theft. The victim reported\u00a0that he met a female through a chat app and exchanged photos and address after friendly conversation. The victim said that he was ready\u00a0to set up a dinner date with her\u00a0when the\u00a0female and her associate contacted and demanded money from him. They stated that if they did not receive the money, they would hurt the victim.\u00a0\u00a0Fearful, the victim sent them the\u00a0money in the form of gift cards.<\/span><\/p>\n

Burglary<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 7:51 am \/ 00 Zoo Road \/ money stolen from inside a photo booth<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 1:17 pm \/ 900 Lincoln Way \/ theft of personal items by another\u00a0resident<\/span><\/p>\n

Vandalism to Property<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 9:55 am \/ 3200 20th Ave \/ scratches to vehicle paint<\/span><\/p>\n
