Vehicle Violation \u2013 No License\u2019s Issued \u2013 Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:01 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Lincoln Way & Martin Luther King<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle, a sedan,\u00a0in front of them without registration tabs.\u00a0A computer check\u00a0revealed that the license plate belonged on a truck. Officers conducted a traffic stop and were told by the driver that he did not have a driver’s license.\u00a0A\u00a0computer check on the driver revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest out of Sacramento. The driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:27 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 00 Orizaba Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of domestic violence. The victim reported that the\u00a0suspect had returned home from work and seemed agitated a few days ago. The suspect said she didn\u2019t feel well and went directly to the bathroom. The victim followed her in an attempt to help but\u00a0the suspect was\u00a0angry and \u00a0struck him several times with a hair dryer. The victim stated that he also fell to the ground and was kicked by the suspect.\u00a0The next day, the suspect returned home and immediately accused the victim of not feeding their children. The suspect woke up the\u00a0children and began cooking food. The suspect was again upset and used a kitchen knife to cut the victim on his left shoulder and also took a cleaver and struck the victim with the handle. Afterwards, the suspect left the location. Responding officers were speaking to the victim when the suspect returned home. After further investigation, the\u00a0suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Stay Away Order Violation \u2013 Probation Violation \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:53 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Wawona St & 23rd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a known suspect that was in violation of a stay away order. Officers arrived on scene and found the suspect holding a metal rod. A computer check noted\u00a0that the suspect had a history and that DA Wong was\u00a0currently in charge of the suspect’s cases. It was also revealed that the suspect was on probation and prohibited from carrying any type of stick.\u00a0The suspect was arrested.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Taraval St & 33rd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were flagged down by a victim regarding a battery and officers observed that the victim appeared intoxicated.\u00a0The victim reported that he attempted to enter a bar with an outside alcoholic beverage but got into an argument with several patrons of the bar and was prevented from entering the bar. As the victim was walking away, he stated that he was attacked by an unknown suspect.\u00a0Medical help arrived on scene and transported him to the hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n

Elder Abuse \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:29 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Broad St & Capitol Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a fight. The victim reported that the suspect,\u00a0her daughter, depended on her after her separation from her husband. The victim stated\u00a0that she was on the computer, attempting to file paperwork in hopes to give the suspect her inheritance early\u00a0but the\u00a0suspect started arguing and aggressively demanded a copy of the paperwork\u00a0by pulling\u00a0the victim by her forearm. The victim stated\u00a0that the suspect was intoxicated during the incident and is only\u00a0aggressive or\u00a0verbally abusive when she was drunk. However, the\u00a0victim told the officer that she was mentally drained\u00a0and from dealing with the suspect’s behavior and notified the police of the incident. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
