Attempted Assault<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1600 Kirkham St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an attempted assault. The victim reported that she was\u00a0taking pictures of her art work when she noticed that the basement was being flooded with sewage. The victim decided to take photos but the suspect, the manager, came over\u00a0and put his hands out to stop her. The suspect then clenched his fist as if to strike her. Fearful, the\u00a0suspect left.<\/span><\/p>\n

Driving While being intoxicated \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1:04 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Sloat Blvd & Skyline Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a single vehicle accident\u00a0with the witness\u00a0reporting\u00a0that they saw the driver hit the curb and didn’t stop until the car was in\u00a0other side of the traffic lane. Responding officers\u00a0arrived on scene and observed that the\u00a0driver was hysterically crying\u00a0and also seemed intoxicated. Upon questioning, the driver\u00a0stated\u00a0that it was her boyfriend who crashed the car and had already run\u00a0off. The witness,\u00a0however,\u00a0reported that the driver got out of her\u00a0and started crying and there did not seem to be any other\u00a0passengers in the vehicle. \u00a0After inspecting the\u00a0vehicle, it was observed\u00a0that only one airbag was deployed after the accident. After further investigation and gathering a statement by the witness, the driver had her blood drawn and arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
