Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:05 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Irving St & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle making a left turn at an intersection where left turns were prohibited. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Elder neglect \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 00 De Montfort Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a well being check. Responding officers arrived to an open front door which still had a security chain engaged and heard a\u00a0voice cry out in distress from inside the residence. The officers forced their way into the house and\u00a0were met an unsafe\u00a0clutter of items crammed\u00a0haphazardly together coupled with\u00a0a pungent odor\u00a0of urine and feces. The victim was located on her bed and was unable to move. The victim reported\u00a0that the suspect was suppose to take care of her, but refused to unless she gave\u00a0him money. The victim was transported to the hospital. After further investigation and search, the suspect was located and arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 46th Ave & Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported\u00a0that he had just gotten off the MUNI and was waiting for another bus while\u00a0looking at his phone when two suspects approached him. One of the suspects wrapped his arms around the victim and the other pointed a \u201ccap gun\u201d at him and demanded money. One of the suspects also knocked the phone out of the victim\u2019s hand, which they picked up off the ground and stole before fleeing the scene.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Driving while Intoxicated \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:51 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Great Highway & Vicente St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a multiple vehicle accident. Officers arrived on scene and located a three vehicle collision. While investigating the collision, the officer determined that one of the drivers was intoxicated. After further testing, the driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Traffic Violation \u2013 Resisting or Delaying Officer Duties \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 00 West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer observed a group of skateboarders riding\u00a0on the sidewalk, which was in violation of traffic code. The officer was in the middle of citing one suspect when another rode by. The officer confiscated the skateboard of the second suspect and asked for his identification but the suspect walked away. However, the\u00a0suspect turned around and walked back to demand\u00a0his skateboard\u00a0but was told that it would only be returned after the citation was issued. The second suspect walked away and never returned. The\u00a0first \u00a0suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Brandishing a Weapon\u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:02 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2300 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect with a knife at the grocery store. Responding officers received the location of the suspect from the victim and\u00a0detained the suspect. A search of the suspect revealed\u00a0an expandable baton on his person. The victim reported\u00a0that he was in the bathroom when the suspect started\u00a0screaming and yelling. The victim told the suspect to quiet down which made the suspect even more angry. The suspect then pushed the victim from the back and grabbed something metallic, which the\u00a0victim thought was a knife. An employee witnessed\u00a0the incident and struggled to pry\u00a0the knife out of the suspect\u2019s hand as the suspect left the bathroom. After further investigation, the\u00a0suspect was later arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting \u2013 Resisting \u2013 Battery on a Police Officer \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:22 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1600 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a theft. The witness reported three suspects leaving the store after they had stolen\u00a0multiple items. Officer searched the area and\u00a0locate the suspects. While one\u00a0of the suspects was cooperative, the\u00a0other two suspects refused to provide information about their identity. After further investigation, all three suspects were identified and cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
