Battery -Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1700 27th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an altercation between a landlord and tenant. The victim\u00a0reported\u00a0that the suspect wanted to keep the garage door open. However, the\u00a0victim wanted the door closed which started an argument. When the victim went to close the garage, the suspect\u00a0<\/span>elbowed the victim\u00a0out of the way to prevent it from\u00a0closing. The suspect responded\u00a0that the victim cooked constantly,\u00a0which made\u00a0the area smell\u00a0and he wanted\u00a0the door open to help get rid of the bad smell. The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Attempted Robbery \u2013 Assault \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 600 Lincoln Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery at a\u00a0gas station. The victim reported\u00a0that he observed\u00a0the suspect walk into the store and started putting items directly into his pocket. The victim confronted the suspect and realized that he was intoxicated. The victim tried\u00a0to take the items back but\u00a0the suspect started pushing him. The victim tried\u00a0push the suspect out of the store but was unable to lock the doors\u00a0when the\u00a0suspect pushed his way back into the store. The victim fled\u00a0behind the counter, took out\u00a0pepper spray and used it to defend himself. The suspect fell onto the floor and the victim locked him in the store until police arrived. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Brandishing a Knife<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect brandishing a knife. The victim said that he was standing outside the store when he accidently bumped into the suspect. The suspect\u00a0angrily\u00a0called the victim\u00a0names in response and yelled\u00a0at him. They both started arguing and the suspect pulled out a knife\u00a0before fleeing\u00a0the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing \u2013 Marijuana Cultivation – Search Warrant – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 600 Lakeview Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a female screaming. The witness\u00a0reported that\u00a0she heard a female screaming and yelling but wasn\u2019t sure what the reason was. Officers and firefighters made a forced entry when their knocks for a well being check went unanswered.\u00a0As the officers and firefighters made entry, the suspects\u00a0escaped\u00a0to\u00a0the neighbor\u2019s property and were in the neighbor\u2019s garage before they were detained. \u00a0The suspect told the officers that they were visiting and that they had keys to the property. While searching for suspects, the officers observed\u00a0multiple\u00a0marijuana plants and an illegal use\u00a0of electricity bypassing. Officers\u00a0exited the building and obtained a search warrant. Once obtained, the\u00a0officers located numerous items related to the growing of and the sales of drugs. The suspects were arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
