The suspect,\u00a0with a known history of being public nuisance\u00a0the last several\u00a0months, had been advised and offered assistance multiple times in the past but rejected any help.\u00a0A computer check on the suspect revealed several\u00a0warrants for her arrest. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>Possession of Stolen Vehicle \u2013 Burglary Tools \u2013 False Personating &#8211; Cited<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> 5:28 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> Shields St &amp; Beverly St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers observed a vehicle with two suspects suspiciously\u00a0loitering\u00a0around a\u00a0vehicle. The officers conducted a computer check on the vehicle and determined that it had been stolen from Santa Rosa. Officers detained the suspects without incident\u00a0and were told by one suspect that she\u00a0had found the vehicle abandoned and thought\u00a0she could\u00a0live in it. However, after officers located\u00a0a burglary tool commonly used to open and start certain cars, the suspect admitted to also being in the process of changing ownership of the vehicle.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Both suspects were cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Drivers license \u2013 Cited<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> 9:05 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> 1800 35th Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers observed a vehicle failing to make a complete stop behind the line. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License Issue \u2013 Cited<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> 8:55 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> 46th Ave &amp; Judah St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers observed a suspicious vehicle\u00a0and conducted a\u00a0computer check\u00a0which\u00a0revealed that the vehicle had not been registered since 2014 while displaying a\u00a0current, 2016, registration sticker. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver\u2019s license.<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License Issued \u2013 Cited<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> 7:15 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> Broad St &amp; Capitol Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers observed a vehicle with no front plates\u00a0and an\u00a0expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver which revealed that he did not have a driver&#8217;s license. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>Battery<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> 12:01 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> 1700 10th Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An officer responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported\u00a0that he had just moved in and parked his vehicle with his front bumper slightly in the suspect&#8217;s driveway. The suspect angrily came out of his house and started yelling at the victim. The victim said that at one point during\u00a0the argument, the suspect gave the victim a body bump before walking to his vehicle and driving away.\u00a0While the officer was still speaking\u00a0to the victim, the suspect returned home. With the officer mediating the situation,\u00a0both parties apologized and the victim did not want to press charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft \u2013 Battery<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> 7:58 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> 2900 San Jose Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a theft. The victim, an employee, saw the suspect walk in and squat down next to the candy isle. The victim walked towards the suspect\u00a0but\u00a0the suspect started throwing candy at her. The suspect then stole several\u00a0before walking\u00a0out of the store.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>Assault with a knife<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> 6:32 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> 400 Winston Dr<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a victim who was stabbed. Responding officers located the\u00a0victim, who appeared to be highly intoxicated.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0victim reported\u00a0that he had been at a bar the night before and met\u00a0people who invited him back to their place and they continued to drink the rest of the night. When the victim left, a suspect suddenly appeared\u00a0and began stabbing and slashing\u00a0at him. Medics attempted to evaluate the suspect and treat his injuries but the victim\u00a0refused to cooperative with both the\u00a0attending officers and medics. Once at the hospital, the victim\u00a0also\u00a0attempted to walk out of the hospital multiple\u00a0times despite being urged not to.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"><strong>Possession of a Loaded Firearm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> 11:01 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000000;\"> <strong> Taraval St &amp; 47th Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">A\u00a0witness reported observing\u00a0a suspect sitting in a vehicle with a gun. SIT sergeants investigated the incident and obtained the identity of the suspect\u00a0while officers and a sergeant conducted surveillance and located the suspect. Once detained,\u00a0officers located\u00a0a loaded firearm tucked into\u00a0the suspect\u2019s waistband.
