Battery – Cited<\/strong><\/span>

\n 100 Tara St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported\u00a0that he was engaged in\u00a0an argument with the suspect\u00a0when the\u00a0suspect threw a water bottle at him. The victim also tried\u00a0to push the suspect out of the room but the suspect took off her slipper and started hitting him with it. The suspect responded\u00a0that she was angry because she found her credit card in the victim\u2019s pocket and reported that the\u00a0victim kicked had kicked her\u00a0side. However, the suspect changed the details multiple times after several minutes of\u00a0questioning.\u00a0After further investigation, the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Driving While Intoxicated \u2013 cited<\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:30 am<\/strong><\/span>
\n Moraga St &10th Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision. Officers located the driver who appeared to be intoxicated with a flushed face, watery eyes and slurred speech. The driver admitted to having two drinks an hour ago. The officers conducted a preliminary alcohol screening test, which the suspect\u00a0failed. After further testing, the driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Search Warrant \u2013 Burglary \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:45 am<\/strong><\/span>
\n Outside San Francisco<\/strong><\/span>
\n SIT sergeants investigated a robbery which\u00a0had occurred several weeks ago. During the course of the investigation, a\u00a0sergeant was able to identify a suspect. A search warrant was obtained; officers and sergeants responded to the location, executed the search warrant and\u00a0observed the suspect walking towards his vehicle. When the officers\u00a0approached the suspect,\u00a0he\u00a0immediately tried to flee\u00a0the scene but was detained and arrested. Officers also conducted a\u00a0search of the suspect’s house as part of the investigation.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
