Vehicle Violation \u2013 No License Issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:14 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Randolph St & Orizaba St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officer observed a vehicle driving on the opposite side of a double solid yellow line\u00a0and\u00a0conducted a traffic stop. A\u00a0computer check on the driver revealed that he did not have a driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Threats \u2013 Vandalism<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:27 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2100 43rs Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to the report about an\u00a0incident of vandalism. The victims reported\u00a0that they rented a room in the building\u00a0and shared\u00a0the house with multiple other renters who also rented rooms. Earlier in the day, the victims heard a noise outside their door and saw the suspect standing with a marker in her hand.\u00a0The victims said that they quickly closed the door\u00a0and waited for the suspect to leave the\u00a0house. They re opened their door and saw that it had a threat graffitied on it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 2800 Great Hwy<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic fight. The victim told the officer that she and the suspect were drinking alcohol inside their vehicle, got into an argument\u00a0and\u00a0poured his drink onto the victim’s head. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Driving While under the Influence \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:29 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Sloat Blvd & Lakeshore Plaza<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to assist a sergeant with a traffic stop. The sergeant observed a\u00a0vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed\u00a0and\u00a0followed the vehicle while\u00a0it ran a stop light. The sergeant conducted a\u00a0traffic stop and determined the driver was intoxicated. Officers administered\u00a0multiple\u00a0sobriety tests on the driver, which the driver failed. The driver was later arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
