Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 600 John Muir Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a physical altercation. The victim told the officers that the suspect came home and started arguing over food\u00a0which\u00a0led to pushing and scratching. While speaking to the victim, the suspect returned\u00a0home. The victim refused to press charges but a\u00a0computer check on the suspect revealed a warrant for her arrest. \u00a0The suspect was arrested<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 3000 San Jose Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim told the officers that the suspect entered the\u00a0store\u00a0to buy cigarettes. The victim requested to see his identification to confirm his age\u00a0but the\u00a0suspect got angry and threw several objects that\u00a0struck the victim before fleeing the store. Officer located the suspect\u00a0and a\u00a0computer check on the suspect revealed that he had\u00a0a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was detained and arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident. The victim reported\u00a0that they had both been drinking and\u00a0were on their way home when they started arguing in the vehicle. When they got home, the victim reported that she told\u00a0the suspect to leave the house\u00a0but the\u00a0suspect refused and pushed her\u00a0against the wall. The suspect responded that the\u00a0victim had hit him first and that he was defending\u00a0himself. A witness who observed the incident corroborated the victim\u2019s story. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:32 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 200 Winston Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting incident. The witness, a loss prevention agent,\u00a0reported\u00a0that they observed a known suspect enter the store\u00a0who had a history of\u00a0shoplifting in the store. The witness observed the suspect select multiple\u00a0items and walked into the fitting room with them. After a few minutes, the suspect exited the fitting room with less items compared to what\u00a0she brought in. The witness detained the suspect until officers arrived. After further investigation, the officers\u00a0cited the suspect<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported\u00a0that he was walking on sidewalk when two suspects approached him and punched him for unknown reasons.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n
