Battery \u2013 Violation of Restraining Order<\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:34 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n Confidential<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported\u00a0that she went outside to throw some garbage out when she noticed that the\u00a0suspect, her son, was outside her home. The victim stated that her son wanted a place to stay but she told him that he was not welcome and that he should leave. This caused an argument and the suspect punched the victim on her face before fleeing the scene. A computer check confirmed\u00a0that there was already a restraining order in effect protecting the victim from the suspect.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:39 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 1500 28th Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers received information from Novato Police and a request to\u00a0locate and detain a person of interest. A computer check on the person revealed that the suspect\u00a0had a warrant for his arrest and responding officers located the suspect.\u00a0Novato Police responded to Taraval Station and <\/span>took custody of the person<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault<\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:53 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n Confidential<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic assault. The victim was observed with\u00a0mild redness on the left side of her jaw and complained of pain in her lower jaw. The victim reported\u00a0that the suspect, her boyfriend, had\u00a0punched her under the jaw with an uppercut\u00a0after a verbal altercation regarding a family matter. The\u00a0victim also stated that the suspect was asked to leave several times which was met with\u00a0negative results but eventually the suspect\u00a0fled the scene after the argument and assault.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Traffic Violation \u2013 Warrant \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:23 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 19th Ave & Sloat Blvd<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers received multiple reports of riders using off road dirt motorbikes riding in an unsafe manner and running red lights. Responding officers\u00a0observed multiple persons\u00a0riding south on 19th Ave on\u00a0off road\u00a0and\u00a0followed the riders. However, the riders noticed the officers behind them and purposely ran the next\u00a0red light, knowing that the officers could not follow after them due to the heavy traffic. \u00a0The officers continued to follow them but after the riders ran a second red light, one of the motor bikes slowed down and stopped while the rest continued onwards. Contact was made with the rider and a computer check revealed that he\u00a0had a warrant for his arrest, that his driver’s license was suspended as well as never being issued a motorcycle license.\u00a0\u00a0The rider\u00a0was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 4000 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and actively looking for a suspect with a warrant for his arrest. The officers \u00a0located the suspect after a search and apprehended the suspect without incident. The suspect was arrested<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 6:40 am<\/strong><\/span>
\n Vicente At & 19th Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\n A sergeant was conducting speed enforcement on 19th Ave when he observed a vehicle traveling 55 mph in a 30 mph section. The sergeant conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed he had a warrant for his arrest. The driver was arrested for the warrant.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 1:02 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 00 Geneva Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded a possible vehicle break in. At the location, a\u00a0witness was following the suspect and\u00a0pointed the suspect out for the responding officers. The suspect was detained without incident\u00a0but immediately\u00a0stated that he did not take anything from the vehicle. However, the\u00a0witness stated\u00a0that he saw the suspect walk up to the vehicle and opened the unlocked door\u00a0before looking around the inside of the\u00a0vehicle. The witness reported that\u00a0yelled out and the suspect became startled and quickly exited the vehicle. Officers attempted the contact the owner of\u00a0\u00a0the vehicle in question but it had already left the scene. A computer check on the suspect revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
