Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 00 West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that she was at a bar with friends when she leaned over to\u00a0\u00a0get the bartender’s attention\u00a0when the\u00a0suspect, seated next to her, slapped her behind. This angered the victim but she was unable to get assistance from the bartender. Both the victim and her friends left the establishment and were outside when the suspect also walked outside to smoke.\u00a0Both\u00a0groups got into a verbal argument before the suspect’s friends escorted the suspect away.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:11 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Noriega St & 28th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle failing to make a complete stop at a posted stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:08 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 100 Font Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a squatter. The witness, the manager of the apartment complex, reported\u00a0that the neighbors heard\u00a0someone taking showers inside a\u00a0vacant\u00a0apartment nearby.\u00a0The witness and officers entered the apartment and observed the suspect illegally inside the apartment. The witness stated\u00a0that he had caught the suspect multiple\u00a0times inside the apartment and was always told never to come back. The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:34 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Ortega St & 48th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a person asleep while on a MUNI bus. The witness, a MUNI bus driver, told the officers that he had arrived at the end of his route\u00a0and\u00a0awoke the sleeping suspect. When asked to leave the bus, the suspect refused to get off. Responding officers arrived and located the suspect, still asleep on the bus.\u00a0Officers woke the suspect up and a computer check revealed that the suspect had a warrant out of San Mateo. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:47 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 700 Shield St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers received information that the suspect from a previous incident had returned home. The witness reported that\u00a0she was at the location when the suspect was involved in a domestic battery incident before fleeing.\u00a0The witness stated\u00a0that she had contacted the victim about the suspect returning and the victim then contacted the police. The suspect was located and arrested<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License – Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:49 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Lake Merced Blvd & Font Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a driver constantly looking down into\u00a0her lap, as\u00a0if\u00a0looking\u00a0at cell phone. The officers also observed the vehicle did not have a\u00a0license plate or any evidence that it had recently had been purchased. The officer conducted a traffic stop and was told by the driver that\u00a0she did not have her license on her. A computer check on the driver revealed that her driver\u2019s license had been suspended and there was a warrant for her arrest. The driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:10 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 400 Ralston St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute. The victim reported\u00a0that he and the suspect were\u00a0having a heated argument\u00a0because the\u00a0suspect accused\u00a0the victim of cheating. The victim called 911 because he did not want the incident to become physical. While on the phone, the suspect grabbed\u00a0several items\u00a0and\u00a0hit the victim over the head with a\u00a0pot and stabbed the victim\u2019s arm with a knife causing bruising. The suspect responded\u00a0that they\u00a0did grab a knife was but too far away to hurt the victim. The suspect suggested\u00a0that the victim had\u00a0accidentally made\u00a0contact to the knife while trying to push away from the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
