Driving While Under the Influence<\/u><\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:51 pm<\/u><\/strong><\/span>
\n 00 Keystone Way<\/u><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers\u00a0conducted a well being check on two occupants who were in a vehicle that was double parked, at an angle, in the roadway. The driver side door was observed to be ajar while the\u00a0engine was still running; the driver appeared to have vomited on his shirt and pants and into\u00a0street next to the\u00a0open car door. Officers\u00a0removed the driver and passenger, who seemed asleep, from their vehicle and set them on the curb, where the driver promptly fell over and went back to sleep.\u00a0The driver eventually woke up and agreed to a blood test and a\u00a0ambulance was called for their transport.\u00a0After further investigation,<\/span> the driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:15 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n Noriega St & 28th Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers observed a driver texting while driving. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended.<\/span> The driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:26 am<\/strong><\/span>
\n 1300 43rd Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported\u00a0that he just entered the\u00a0church when the suspect approached and told him to leave. The suspect then grabbed him and proceeded to wrestle him.\u00a0\u00a0The victim told the officers that he sustained a small laceration but did not\u00a0want to press charges.<\/span><\/p>\n

Attempted Vehicle Stolen \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:12 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n Sloat Blvd & 37th Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a possible theft of a MUNI bus. The witness, the bus driver, told the officers that he had stepped\u00a0out to use the bathroom when was about to lay down to\u00a0relax when the suspect entered the bus and sat in the driver’s seat before trying to flip switches. The suspect then asked the witness where the keys were. The witness, thinking\u00a0that the suspect was possibly trying to steal the bus, told the suspect to get off the bus. The witness then called their dispatch and and requested police assistance<\/span>. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Threats \u2013 Tire Slashing \u2013 Brandishing<\/strong><\/span>

\n 46th Ave & Judah St<\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a fight. The victim reported\u00a0that he had just parked his vehicle when the suspect approached him and started yelling that\u00a0he was going to kill him. The suspect then took out a knife and slashed the victim\u2019s front tire\u00a0before\u00a0chasing after the victim.\u00a0 The\u00a0suspect never made any attempts to lung at the victim with the knife while chasing him\u00a0but held on to the knife.\u00a0Eventually, the\u00a0suspect got into a vehicle and fled the scene. The victim told the officers that he and the suspect were old time acquaintances but\u00a0had falling out because of family matters.<\/span><\/p>\n
