Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>

\n Castro St & 18th St<\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol and responded to a call for a well-being check. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the victim who stated he and the suspect had been consuming alcohol at a bar, earlier in the evening. Afterwards, they\u00a0had multiple arguments\u00a0which resulted in the victim getting punched twice by the suspect.\u00a0The\u00a0suspect then\u00a0fled\u00a0the location and was last seen\u00a0running\u00a0on the\u00a0streets,\u00a0among the\u00a0moving vehicles.\u00a0Officers located\u00a0<\/span>the suspect and he<\/span> was arrested for battery.<\/span><\/p>\n

Domestic Violence \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong>

\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding domestic violence. Upon arrival, the victim told officers she was hit in the face by her husband. The victim stated she got into a verbal argument with the suspect because of his consumption of alcohol\u00a0which resulted in the\u00a0suspect becoming\u00a0very upset and\u00a0the victim was hit on her\u00a0left cheek. <\/span>The<\/span> suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:24 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 19th Ave & Quintara St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on duty at Taraval Station when the victim entered to report a battery and attempted assault with a vehicle. The victim stated he was driving his moped in a lane when the suspect attempted to merge into the same lane. The victim stated he was told to pull over by the suspect. Once the victim\u00a0pulled over, the suspect exited his vehicle while holding an unknown object. The victim, believing the\u00a0suspect would have struck him with the object,\u00a0immediately\u00a0fled on his moped while\u00a0the suspect chased after him and\u00a0attempting to strike the victim with his vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stay Away\/Court Order<\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:46 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 2200 Irving St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding a Stay Away order. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who stated the suspect entered\u00a0his place of business and began harassing the customers. The victim told the suspect he had to leave and that there is a Stay Away order against him but was\u00a0ignored and\u00a0the suspect continued harassing the customers. The suspect only exited the business when the victim stated he would call the police to report the suspect. <\/span><\/p>\n
