Traffic Violation – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Holloway Ave & Byxbee St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a the driver operating\u00a0a vehicle while not wearing a seat belt and\u00a0holding a cell phone up to his right ear. Officers conduct a traffic stop and asked for the suspect\u2019s driver\u2019s license. The suspect stated he did not have a\u00a0driver\u2019s license. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:37 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 700 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding a disturbance. Responding officers spoke with the victim, a Starbucks employee, who\u00a0stated that the\u00a0suspect came into the store and\u00a0caused\u00a0a disturbance by dancing around. The employee asked the suspect to leave and escorted\u00a0the suspect out. However,\u00a0while walking the suspect out, the victim stated that the\u00a0suspect hit him on the arm. Officers located the suspect, detained and cited him.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:30 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4000 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on duty at Taraval Police Station when the victim came to report a battery. The victim stated he was doing paperwork at his girlfriend\u2019s house and heard a male and female arguing out on the sidewalk. Hours later, while\u00a0slightly intoxicated, the victim\u00a0went out to the sidewalk where the couple were still arguing\u00a0to see what the problem was.\u00a0\u00a0Later in the day, the victim woke up at a\u00a0hospital and\u00a0believes\u00a0he was involved in an altercation but could not\u00a0remember the details because he was knocked unconscious somehow.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 1:15 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1100 Kirkham St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding a theft. Responding\u00a0officers spoke to the witness, a cab driver who was dropping off two passengers, who stated that he saw an unknown male run out of a home with two large bags and an unknown female chasing after him. The driver stated that his\u00a0two passengers then exited his vehicle and left with the male.<\/span><\/p>\n
