Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident. The victim told the officer that she had just returned home\u00a0when the\u00a0suspect also returned home a few minutes later and had problems opening\u00a0on the front gate. When the\u00a0suspect finally opened the gate with his keys, he threw them at the victim and struck her in the chest with them after walking inside the house. The suspect then proceeded to push the victim, which caused\u00a0her to fall\u00a0before grabbing\u00a0his clothes and leaving\u00a0the house. The victim believed that the suspect was intoxicated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Breaking Window – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:02 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1000 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of vandalism. The officers arrived on scene and located the victim and witness\u00a0who stated that the suspect was waiting for his food. However,\u00a0another patron received their order first (and also generously paid for the suspect’s food) and the suspect impatiently struck a window with his cane which caused it to break and shatter. The suspect admitted to the officers that he broke the window because he didn’t get his food fast enough for his liking.\u00a0The suspect was arrested.<\/span>

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:45 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1500 17th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a witness with a known history of living with a suspect who had a warrant and requested entry to their house.\u00a0\u00a0After receiving permission, officers entered the house\u00a0and arrested the suspect.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:17 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 19th Ave & Sloat Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle with expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that the driver\u00a0did not have a driver\u2019s license. The driver was also unable to provide any proof of insurance. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Ulloa St & 23rd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle without a\u00a0front license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his\u00a0license was suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/span><\/strong>

\n Santa Clara Ave & San Anselmo Ave<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers observed a vehicle which\u00a0failed to make a complete stop at a stop sign. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed he was never issued a driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Violation of Restraining Order \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3:40 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 200 Minerva<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a violation of a civil restraining order.\u00a0\u00a0The victim reported\u00a0that he was home when he saw the suspect violate the restraining order. The victim recorded the suspect, who was yelling at the victim and showed it to the officers.\u00a0Officers located the suspect and arrested him.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
