Battery \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers responded to a report of a dispute after\u00a0an auto collision. The victim stated that after she got into an accident with the suspect, an argument ensued. The suspect snatched back the paperwork he had previously given her and pushed the victim after she tried to follow him. The suspect responded that he never laid his hands on the victim. The victim requested a citizen’s arrest and after further investigation, the suspect was cited<\/span>.

\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and spoke to the driver. The driver told the officers that his girlfriend had just purchased the vehicle and was unable to provide the necessary paperwork. The driver also told the officers that his license had been suspended. A computer check confirmed the driver\u2019s license was suspended and that he also had a warrant for his arrest. The driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Judah St & 15th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of two males fighting. Officers arrived on scene, located the suspect after receiving information from\u00a0an anonymous female and detained him. A witness approached the officers and reported that the suspect was fighting with another man, who was in a wheel chair. The victim, a MUNI operator, confirmed the confrontation\u00a0and added that he ordered both men off the MUNI coach after the fight. However, the suspect angrily took the victim’s personal property and pushed him. \u00a0A video was produced which showed<\/span>\u00a0the suspect grabbing the victim’s backpack and a handful of papers. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
