Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 22nd Ave & Quintara St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign. After a closer inspection, it was noted that the\u00a0vehicle also had an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Threats<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:28 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1800 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of threats. The victim, a bank teller, was walking into the bank when the suspect approached him and threatened to harm him before leaving the location. The victim reported\u00a0that the suspect was angry with the service the bank had given him but\u00a0was unsure if the threats were\u00a0directed towards him specifically.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s Licenses Issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Font St & Cambon Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle with an expired registration.\u00a0The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed he was never issued a driver\u2019s license and also confirmed the expired registration. The driver did not have proof of insurance. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Arson – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:55 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Sunset Blvd & Vicente St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a suspect kneeling and reaching towards\u00a0the ground,\u00a0where\u00a0smoke and flames where emanating. Officers detained\u00a0the suspect and ensured that\u00a0fire was extinguished. The suspect stated, at first,\u00a0that the fire may have caused by him carelessly tossing a cigarette away. After further investigation, however, the suspect stated\u00a0that he set some papers on fire which\u00a0then caused the grass to catch on fire. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
