Battery – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:22 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident.\u00a0The victim reported that she and the suspect were arguing in their vehicle while parked in the garage of their house about the suspect being intoxicated. During the argument, the suspect pushed at the victim’s legs and then pulled the victim’s own arm around her neck, causing her to choke. The victim managed to escape and immediately called 911. Responding officers located the suspect still at the location and\u00a0<\/span>he\u00a0was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:17 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Ocean Ave & Miramar Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to an incident of domestic violence. The victim reported that she and the suspect were at a relative’s house and that the suspect had been drinking all day. An argument ensued after the victim refused to go out and party with the suspect because she believed the suspect was too drunk. During the argument, the suspect grabbed the victim by her throat and pushed her. The suspect’s mother intervened and pushed the suspect away from the victim and the suspect walked away. Later, while driving home from the relative’s house, the suspect started the argument again and threatened to harm both the victim and the other occupant in the vehicle. Once home, the victim reported the incident. The suspect responded that they had only had an argument and he had just pinched the victim before hitting her shoulder.\u00a0<\/span>After further investigation and interviewing the witness, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Violation of Restraining Order \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:46 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 200 Minerva St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report\u00a0of a restraining order violation. The victim reported\u00a0that he saw the suspect, his neighbor,\u00a0in\u00a0his driveway and was staring directly at him. The victim ignored the suspect. Later, the victim was backing\u00a0backing his vehicle out of his own\u00a0driveway and saw that suspect was there again. Responding officers\u00a0went next door to the suspect’s house for questioning. The suspect exited the house as the police walked up to the front door and after further investigation,<\/span> the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Vandalism<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 43rd Ave & Judah St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported\u00a0that she and the suspect had been drinking and while drinking, they got into an argument. The suspect grabbed the victim\u2019s cell phone and laptop before smashing them. The suspect also grabbed the victim\u2019s head and pushed it into a wall\u00a0before fleeing\u00a0the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Chumasero Dr & Galindo Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report violation of a\u00a0restraining order. The victim reported that he had just moved into the house due to an ongoing harassment from a previous neighbor, the suspect. While moving, the suspect showed up and the victim tried to take a photo of the suspect as proof of the violation. However, the suspect drove off and struck the victim with her vehicle before fleeing\u00a0the location.<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:42 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 500 John Muir Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic violence incident. Numerous witnesses reported observing\u00a0the suspect arguing with the victim\u00a0before slamming\u00a0the victim onto the ground and punching him, possibly with a pocket knife. \u00a0\u00a0Officers searched and located both the victim and the suspect.\u00a0After questioning, the victim\u00a0denied the argument and assault. However, based on the statements made by\u00a0witnesses, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a domestic violence incident. Witnesses reported that they observed the suspect drag and yell at the victim.\u00a0\u00a0However, upon questioning, both the suspect and victim denied the incident.\u00a0After hearing that there were multiple witnesses who reported the incident, the victim admitted that they had an argument over financial matters before the suspect angrily pulled her by her hair.\u00a0The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License Issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:36 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Garfield St & Bright St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle that failed to stop at a posted stop sign. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed\u00a0that he did not have a driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Burglary<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

Theft<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 9:19 am \/ 1200 16th Ave \/ bicycle stolen from common area<\/span><\/p>\n
