Vehicle Violation \u2013 No License Issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Ocean Ave & San Leandro Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle directly in front of them with non functioning brake lights. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he did not have a driver\u2019s license issued. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Threats \u2013 Disturbing the Peace<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 00 West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officer responded to a report of battery that occurred a several\u00a0days earlier. The victim, a bar owner, reported that the suspect inappropriately grabbed one of the bartenders and was asked to leave. The suspect refused and began yelling at the victim and threatening to harm both her and the business. The victim eventually succeeded in escorting the suspect out of the bar and was heard threatening to harm another patron\u00a0before finally exiting without further incident.

Elder Abuse – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers responded to a report of a restraining order violation. Officers met with a social worker for adult protective services and the victim. The victim stated that she was too fearful to enter her house because the suspect, her daughter, was inside. The suspect had previously pushed and yelled at the victim when confronted about money missing from the victim’s retirement bank account.\u00a0The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
