Violation of Restraining Order – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 2200 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a restraining order violation. The victim reported\u00a0that the suspect was in the vicinity despite being issued\u00a0a restraining order\u00a0to stay away from the victim’s\u00a0business. Officers located the known\u00a0suspect and arrested him for the violation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n San Jose Ave & De Long St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed an older vehicle that was\u00a0without a front or rear license plate.\u00a0Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check of the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Lake Merced & Winston Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle in front of them with expired registration; a computer check on the vehicle revealed it had been suspended. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license was also suspended and he did not have proof of insurance. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
