Violation Stay Away Order \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:34 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9th Ave & Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a stay away order violation by a homeless person. Responding officers arrived and observed the suspect\u00a0yelling at and aggressively lunging towards people in the area\u00a0despited being issued\u00a0stay away order\u00a0for the location.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The suspect without incident.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3:47 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victims, security officers, reported that\u00a0they were escorting the suspect out of the mall when the suspect charged at them. \u00a0To protect themselves, the victims used their pepper spray which caused the suspect to stop his attack and exit the mall. The suspect was located, provided medical treatment and released as the victims declined to press charges.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013Vandalism<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:12 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1200 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim, an\u00a0employee, reported that the suspect had purchased earlier but returned for another cup because he had spilled the first cup\u00a0after getting back into his vehicle. The victim was unable to provide a free cup of coffee which caused the suspect to angrily call the victim\u00a0derogatory\u00a0names. Still angry, the suspect filled a second cup of coffee and threw it at the victim before punching the victim. Afterwards, the suspect fled the location by driving illegally in the wrong lane on 19th Avenue.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
