Battery – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 100 Lenox Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a juvenile, told officers that he was in front of the library when the suspect, who appeared intoxicated, approached and started talking to him. The victim reported\u00a0that the suspect then grabbed his hand and refused to let\u00a0go. When the victim finally broke free, he ran into the library and called the police. Responding officers located the suspect and placed him under arrest.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 300 Naglee Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. Responding officers arrived to find the victim and suspect still at the house. The suspect stated that she and the victim had recently broken up and she went over to pick up her items.\u00a0While the suspect was knocking on the door, the glass pane shattered. The witness opened the door and the suspect proceeded up the stairs to gather the items. However, during the process, an argument ensued between the suspect and the victim. The suspect reported that the victim pulled her hair and caused her to fall on the ground. The victim responded that the suspect entered the room and started gathering her items but got angry and punched the victim. In self defense, the victim pulled on the suspect’s hair. After further investigation, the<\/span><\/span>\u00a0suspect was arrested for domestic violence.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he was sitting at the bus stop when the suspect approached and started screaming. The suspect then punched the victims with a bicycle u-lock\u00a0before fleeing the location and\u00a0into the park.<\/span><\/p>\n
