Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 20th Ave & Winston Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were conducting speed enforcement and observed a vehicle traveling 58 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on\u00a0the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing \u2013 Vandalism \u2013 Probation Violation \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1400 47th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a possible burglary in progress. Responding officers spoke to the\u00a0victim who\u00a0reported\u00a0that she had returned home and saw the suspect inside her garage and peeking out from\u00a0one of the broken windows. When the victim questioned him, the\u00a0suspect responded that\u00a0he was waiting for someone and admitted climbing in through the window. The victim asked the suspect to leave and the suspect complied. However, about an\u00a0hour later the suspect returned and the\u00a0victim called police again. Responding officers returned\u00a0to the scene and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested for trespassing, vandalism and probation violation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Methamphetamine Offense, Resisting or Delaying Police Duties \u2013 Burglary Tools \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Lincoln Way & Martin Luther King<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a bicyclist riding with without a\u00a0front facing light. The officers attempted stop the suspect and the suspect attempted to unsuccessfully flee. When questioned by the officers, the suspect\u00a0\u00a0responded that he had methamphetamine on him and the bicycle he was riding on did not belong to him. A search of the suspect located methamphetamine as well as multiple tools commonly used for burglaries. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
