{"id":8359,"date":"2016-09-14T12:19:41","date_gmt":"2016-09-14T19:19:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.taraval.org\/?p=8359"},"modified":"2016-10-18T12:08:35","modified_gmt":"2016-10-18T19:08:35","slug":"warning-theft-of-tools-from-buildings-under-construction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.taraval.org\/?p=8359","title":{"rendered":"Warning : Theft of Tools from Buildings Under Construction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We have been receiving an increased number of reports regarding stolen items from homes that were under construction, especially concerning the theft of building supplies and tools. \u00a0Please remember that with a construction project, there will be an increase of activity and an influx of\u00a0foot traffic\u00a0around the area as well as large items such as tarps, building materials and scaffolding where it&#8217;s easy for a stranger\u00a0to easily slip in and go unnoticed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">When a home becomes a construction site, the likelihood of a burglary increases dramatically.\u00a0Burglars and thieves are looking for anything that will be profitable to them.\u00a0Make sure your contractor and their team cleans up after each day\u2019s work.
