Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 19th Ave & Winston Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer was conducting LIDAR speed enforcement and observed a vehicle traveling at 49 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vandalism to Vehicle \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:31 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2200 Judah St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of fight\u00a0regarding a driveway being blocked by a\u00a0vehicle. The suspect stated that she lived at the location and had a previous problems with the vehicle blocking her driveway in the past. Earlier in the day, the suspect was exiting her driveway when she discovered\u00a0that\u00a0a vehicle was partially blocking her\u00a0driveway. While the victim moved for the suspect to get out, the suspect felt that it was not enough and the victim should have pulled completely out of her way. The suspect confronted the victim which caused the the victim to start calling the suspect names. In response, the suspect keyed the victim’s car.\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was cited for vandalism and the victim was cited for blocking the driveway<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Shooting<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Farallones St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shooting. The victim reported\u00a0that he noticed that the suspect was following him while he was driving and heard what sounded like shots being fired at him. While trying to flee, the victim hit another vehicle before running into a store with his vehicle. The victim also believes that he heard the suspect yell out that the victim was “talking bad things about him” and heard another three shots being fired before the suspect fled. No injuries were reported.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
