Vehicle Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Reported 7:18 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2300 30th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle failing to slow down and\u00a0stop at a posted stop sign. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:28 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 00 West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that she was holding on to her wallet which was part of her cell phone case. Without warning, the suspect approached and hit her arm before pushing her on to the ground. The suspect then picked up her fallen items and ran into a waiting vehicle before fleeing the location.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Possession of Air Gun \u2013 Resisting Arrest \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:17 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Vicente St & West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect holding a pistol. The\u00a0witness reported that she observed the suspect rocking back and forth on the sidewalk while perspiring and holding on to a pistol. Responding officers located the suspect, who hurriedly fled the location when they started to approach\u00a0him. Officers gave chase and had to tackle the suspect. Without prompting, the suspect stated that the weapon was in his backpack and was filled with blanks.\u00a0<\/span>After further investigation, it was revealed that the suspect was\u00a0a juvenile. The suspect was cited and released to his father.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
