Driving with License Suspended – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Ulloa St & 24th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle which failed to stop at a designated stop sign. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle stated he only had his California ID because his driver\u2019s license was suspended. Officers issued citations to the driver for driving with a suspended license.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Carrying a Concealed Weapon – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Ocean Ave & Dorado Terrace<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed the suspect with a known history and currently on active probation. However, when questioned, the suspect denied that he was on probation. Officers conducted\u00a0<\/span>a search of the suspect and located a pocket knife plus\u00a0a pair of metal knuckles in his pants. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding a domestic violence. \u00a0Responding officers spoke with the victim who reported that she had engaged in a verbal argument with the suspect earlier. When the suspect was leaving the building, at the same time as the victim, the suspect used his elbow to push the victim aside causing her to experience slight pain when her back made contact with a wall. Officers searched but were\u00a0unsuccessful in locating the suspect.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

\n 100 College Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding a battery.\u00a0 The victim\u00a0reported that his roommate woke him up from a sound sleep and\u00a0was then pushed by his roommate while on the stairs as he was leaving the apartment. The roommate then followed him to a bar and tried to incite a fight with him by taking the victim’s baseball hat. However, the\u00a0<\/span>victim did not want to press charges.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report regarding sexual assault that occurred on a MUNI. \u00a0The victim reported that she had felt a male\u00a0leaning their entire body against her back with his genitalia touching her below her buttocks. The victim confronted the suspect, who was fully clothed, and engaged in a verbal argument. However, the suspect then fled in an unknown direction before the arrival of the officers.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

\n 1400 Wawona St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding an assault.\u00a0Responding officers spoke to the victim, who was delivering mail when the suspect shoved and cursed at him. Officers searched and located the suspect but the victim did not want to press charges and requested that the officers warn the suspect instead.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

\n Taraval St & 28th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report regarding an altercation. \u00a0Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that she was parked in a white zone at the post office when she noticed another vehicle about to strike her vehicle. The victim honked her horn twice which caused the suspect to yell at her to move her car. The suspect then exited his vehicle and engaged in a verbal altercation with the victim. While the victim tried to take photographs and a video of the suspect, the suspect forcible grabbed her phone and threw it aside before fleeing the area. Officers searched but were unsuccessful in locating the suspect. A search for footage from location’s surveillance cameras were also unsuccessful.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n
