Trespassing \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 100 Font Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a known trespasser being detained by the witness, a security agent. Responding officers spoke to the witness who reported that the suspect refused to leave when requested and only exited the building\u00a0when the witness called 911. Officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Threats \u2013 Brandishing a Weapon \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Rockwood Ct & Rockaway Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a road rage which also involved a gun. Responding officers spoke to both the suspect and victim. \u00a0The suspect stated that he was driving home when he\u00a0observed that the\u00a0victim gestured rudely at him and followed him home. The suspect exited his vehicle and immediately retrieved a bat and dumbbell for protection from his garage before calling 911 and reporting that the someone had followed and was outside the house searching for him.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

The victim responded that he was driving and was cut off by the suspect which caused him to brake multiple times to avoid hitting the suspect. The victim followed the suspect in an attempt to get the suspect’s license plate number. The victim stated that once the suspect discovered that he was in the area,\u00a0the suspect pointed a revolver at him and threatened him. <\/span><\/p>\n

Officers searched the suspect’s garage and located the revolver. After further investigation, the\u00a0<\/span>suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1100 Capitol Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a dispute among roommates. Responding officers arrived and immediately had to separate the parties involved. The victim reported that the suspect arrived home while intoxicated and started fighting with the victim and the other people who also lived in the house.\u00a0<\/span>A computer check on the suspect revealed a warrant for his arrest. After further investigation, the\u00a0suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 2900 San Jose Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a\u00a0hospital regarding a victim with an injury that was consistent with\u00a0a knife cut. Responding officer spoke to the\u00a0victim, who was\u00a0difficult to interview due to being heavily intoxicated. The victim\u00a0stated that he was at a gas station and was walking towards a group of acquaintances. The victim reported that he was then suddenly struck on the back of the head with a hammer by an unknown suspect before both the suspect and the acquaintances fled the location.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

\n 1200 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery.\u00a0The victim, a\u00a0manager, reported that he observed the suspect near one of the air pumps and approached him. The suspect immediately began to act defensive and hostile\u00a0before punching\u00a0the victim and\u00a0fleeing the location.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n The victim reported a battery incident at\u00a0Taraval Station. The victim reported that she came home after work and engaged in an argument with the suspect. The argument escalated and the victim went into the bedroom and grabbed a jar of the marijuana that belonged to the suspect. The suspect angrily responded by throwing her to the ground and kicking her. The victim stated that she left the apartment immediately.\u00a0The victim admitted that they frequently argued over money and that she pays for the majority of the expenses.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
