Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 2500 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. Responding officers spoke to the victim who reported that he had just opened his business for the day when 6 suspects immediately entered the establishment and demanded that the victim not move. Fearful, the victim stayed in the kitchen portion while the suspects kicked in doors and stole multiple items before fleeing the scene.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Brandishing a Weapon<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 2500 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a bar fight. Responding officers spoke to the victims, who reported that they were in room #1 of the karaoke bar when the manager asked them to leave. The victims questioned why they were singled out to leave when room #2 were not asked to also leave. This caused an argument between the two rooms with room #2 who threw beer bottles at the occupants of room #1. One victim also stated that one of the suspects also brandished a firearm during the argument. The witness, the manager, stated that he had tried to get both parties to leave at 2:00am but both parties were drunk and refused to comply. One guest from room #2 started the argument and then everyone started fighting. The suspects fled the scene before officers responded, however.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers observed a vehicle with expired registration tabs. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver also had a warrant for his arrest. The driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
