Driving While Intoxicated \u2013 Traffic Collision \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:06 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 24th Ave & Pacheco St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a 4 car collision. Responding officers spoke to the\u00a0driver, who was observed with a flushed face, watery eyes and bloodshot eyes. The driver\u00a0admitted to drinking 3-4 shots and stated that he was driving at approximately 25mph before\u00a0suddenly\u00a0blacking out.\u00a0<\/span>A computer check revealed that the driver had a suspended driver\u2019s license and was on probation for DUI. Due to the collision and\u00a0injuries, the driver was taken to the hospital after questioning and\u00a0was later arrested.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

\n Ocean Ave & Dorado Terrace<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle without front plates. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that her license was suspended. The driver, who had a history for driving on a suspended license,\u00a0was cited again and her vehicle was towed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing \u2013 Resisting Arrest \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:38 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 100 West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer responded to a report of a trespasser. The manager reported\u00a0that the suspect\u00a0entered the store and walked directly to the bathroom and was used\u00a0it to \u201ctake a shower.\u201d When the\u00a0suspect came out of the bathroom, he sat down and started flapping his arms and legs around. The manager requested that\u00a0the suspect to leave the store\u00a0but the suspect\u00a0refused. Two plain clothes Sgts identified themselves and ask the suspect to leave. The suspect refused again and they had to physically escort him out. The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Possession of a Prohibited Weapon \u2013 Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Holloway Ave & Brighton Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a possible auto burglary suspect. Officers searched the area and located the suspect. A computer check on the suspect revealed that he had warrant for his arrest. A search of the\u00a0suspect also\u00a0revealed the\u00a0possession of a butterfly knife. Officers were unable to locate and vehicle that was broken into.\u00a0 The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
