Stay Away Order Violation \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:06 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1400 Wawona St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a stay away order violation.\u00a0The victim reported that the suspect, who had a known history, was standing outside his house in a direct violation of his stay away order. Responding officers searched and located the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span> \u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Search Warrant \u2013 Assault \u2013 Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:00 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 600 Head St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n SIT inspectors and officers obtained a search warrant for\u00a0an assault and battery case. The officers and inspectors conducted the search warrant and located the items at the location. The suspect was later located and arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n The victim, who was observed with red marks and dried blood on her arm,\u00a0reported an incident of battery at\u00a0Taraval Station. The victim stated that she had engaged in an argument when the suspect started looking through the victim’s phone. The victim angrily told the suspect to leave and the suspect started packing his belongings but refused to return the victim’s phone. Shortly after, the victim reported that the suspect grabbed a belt and starting hitting the victim with it.\u00a0<\/span>Officers immediately went to the victim’s home,\u00a0located the suspect and arrested him.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:40 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1500 9th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that she was walking home when two suspects suddenly approached her and forcefully pulled her purse away from her. During the struggle, the victim was hit on the head by one suspect before they stole the purse and fled.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
