Driving While Intoxicated \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:12 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Vicente St & 14th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report\u00a0of an erratic driver. Responding officers located the driver and vehicle, which was parked on the sidewalk after crashing into several plants with the driver standing next to the vehicle. While speaking with the driver, a strong odor of alcoholic beverages was observed along with bloodshot eyes and rapid speech patterns. A field sobriety test was conducted on the driver, who failed it. After further investigation,\u00a0<\/span>the driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an attempted shoplifting incident with the suspect, who was being detained. Responding officers\u00a0conducted a computer check which revealed that the\u00a0suspect already had three outstanding warrants for shoplifting. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Threats – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1400 48th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of threats. The victim stated that she had reported that a suspect made threats to harm her several days previously but had fled before the police arrived. However, the suspect returned and repeatedly banged on the victim’s door earlier and the victim again called the police. Responding officers arrived and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect\u00a0<\/span><\/span>was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
