Warrant Arrest \u2013 Battery – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:10 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1600 25th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a family fight. Both suspects confirmed that the first suspect entered the second suspect’s room and confronted him about his drug use inside the house. The first suspect stated that an argument ensued and the the second suspect punched him in the face. \u00a0However,\u00a0the second suspect stated that the first suspect threatened to call the police. The\u00a0suspect retorted that if he did so, the police would also find the first suspect’s drugs as well. The second suspect stated that the first suspect then attempted to choke him but he was able to get away and called the police. After further investigation, a computer check revealed that the first suspect had a warrant for his arrest. The first suspect\u00a0<\/span>was arrested for the warrant and battery.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a fight. \u00a0Responding officers spoke to the\u00a0victim who reported\u00a0that he and the suspect, his friend, were walking along\u00a0when the suspect suddenly punched him\u00a0before immediately fleeing.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n
