Violation of Court Order<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:20 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 200 Minerva St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a court order violation. The victim stated that his brother, the suspect, had violated a court order by engaging the victim in an argument, having the victim’s vehicle towed and also throwing away the victim’s food. Responding officers investigated and documented the incident.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation _ Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:53 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Farallones St & Orizaba Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers\u00a0observed a vehicle blocking a lane of traffic with its hazard lights on and made contact with the driver. The driver stated that he was in the process of looking for a parking spot and did not have his driver’s license on him. However, a\u00a0computer check revealed that the driver’s license had bee suspended and there were two warrants for his arrest.\u00a0<\/span>The driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Violation of Court Order<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 800 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a court order violation. The witness reported that a known suspect was in front of the business while yelling and throwing things at people as they walked by. Responding officers located and detained the suspect; a computer check confirmed the stay away order. The suspect was cited.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1900 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim reported a unidentified car located on private property since last night. The victim and owner of the car, the suspect, came\u00a0to an agreement that the car would be moved by the end of that night. However, when the victim returned the next day, the suspect and vehicle were still on his property. Responding officers located the vehicle and suspect and after further investigation, the <\/span>suspect was cited and removed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
